Research Direction:
Dedicated to peptide chemistry and radiopharmaceuticals, mainly engaged in the design, synthesis and related functional research of new peptide drugs, small molecular linkers/ chelators, self-assembly of peptide drugs, and construction of peptide-drug conjugates. The research content mainly includes:
1. Synthesis of novel small cyclic peptide analogs suitable as drug candidate and/or carrier agent of fluorescent probes, radionuclides, and chemotherapeutics
2. Construction of peptide-drug conjugates for efficient delivery of poor water soluble drugs as well as targeted delivery and biological applications (in vitro and in vivo) of bioconjugates
3. Synthesis of novel small molecular linkers/chelators as a bridging moiety for peptides, chemotherapeutics, radionuclides
