研究方向


致力于肿瘤免疫治疗及个性化疫苗体系设计、制备及功能评价,基于仿生学的功能化靶向递送系统构建,及基于表观遗传学的工程病毒载体改造。研究内容主要包括:


· 新型功能化抗肿瘤/病毒疫苗设计;

· 免疫共刺激信号递送平台;

· T细胞免疫耐受诱导与逆转及肿瘤微环境调控。

科研成果

设计制备了基于抗原递呈细胞衍生的功能化疫苗用于肿瘤及病毒免疫治疗,系统地研究了抗原递呈及免疫识别之间的相关性及其规律,探索了分子影像探针对疫苗载体的标记技术方法,建立了比较系统的肿瘤疫苗免疫学评价体系。发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在国际高水平期刊Nature NanotechnologyAdvanced MaterialsACS NanoAdvanced Science等上发表论文10篇,并已向科技公司转让相关重要发明专利两项。主持博士后面上项目一项,省自然科学基金青年基金项目一项。
